Hello Again From The French Hen's Nest,
While walking around Old Town, Sunday afternoon, I came across some beautiful flowers, flower boxes, and just lovely displays of flowers. They are all beautiful to me. I had started out to do a post about flower boxes, and I have some pretty ones here, but I just had to show you the other gorgeous flowers I found. Hope that you enjoy!
This is a spring window box. This picture really doesn't do it justice.
Some are simple
This is so beautiful, wish you could see it.
The long stemmed roses are the deepest red,
and just so beautiful
Lavender grows beautifully in the city; how pretty
can't you just smell it

A salad box
Aren't these elegant
Hope that you have enjoyed the flowers, most are spring flowers,
because it has been unusually cool here. I'll show you some summer window boxes
in a couple of months.
Till Nest Time,
Jeannie

I love window boxes! My daughter just got two and I told her I would help her plant them. We might do that on Mother's Day afternoon, if the weather cooperates. I can't wait to pick out the different plants for it.

ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely! The first one really is wonderful and I love the white cascading down the front of the house; gorgeous! It almost looks like wisteria. It must have been a beautiful sight! Thank you for sharing at my HOME and have a lovely weekend.

Hi Sandi, hope that you are doing well. The white flowers on the house are wisteria. I've never seen a white one before, but it's beautiful. It is exactly the same as the purple, only white. Blessings to you,
